Interiors were designed with a nod to the classic SOHO loft that everyone loves, a little rock 'n' roll - wide open expansive space, simple, but high quality surfaces, enormous floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and feng shui at the forefront of every decision. Each apartment has been uniquely hand designed and given a specific identity to accommodate and emphasize its best attributes. As local pioneers of innovative indoor/outdoor plant life, and true to our namesake, the building will feature stunning native plant life with monochromatic purple hues, year round visual interest and lots of trees.
